So what's the difference between the Pixelar MReader and a paperback?
Wherever you can read a paperback you can read our MReader,and with a 4GB micro-SD card you can 'carry' up to 4000 books. At just 227g, the ereader weighs less than a typical paperback book.
Is the Pixelar MRreader difficult to use?
It is simplicity itself, with a very user friendly interface and a comprehensive manual both in paper and stored on the ereader.
Can I read the Pixelar MReader in bright sunlight?
Yes, unlike normal LCD backlit displays.
What font options do I have with these e-readers?
There are many pre-loaded fonts ,and more will be added in future firmware updates.
Which music formats are supported on the e-reader?
MP3 is supported without any DRM.
How many books can I store in my Pixelar MReader?
You can store many 000's of books on a micro SD card (up to 4GB),and c.250 on the internal memory (256MB).
Does the Pixelar MReader have an internet browsing capability?
No, not currently.
We do not believe that currently available ereader hardware/firmware can provide a satisfactory browsing experience,when compared to other readily available devices.
The unit comes with a built in wifi module which will be activated via future firmware updates for direct connection to a bookstore(s) and for 'push' e-news.
What formats of documents can I read?

Can I read documents in languages other than English?
The simple answer is yes.
Supported OSD/Menu languages :-
English, Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, German, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish.
More to be added by future firmware updates.
What in-reading options are there on the menu?
Bookmark add, Bookmark view, Dictionary (English), Music, Contents look up, Search, Goto Page, Rotate, Zoom, Set up (Fonts/decoding setup/left-right margins/line spacing/auto sentence segmentation/Bold/Italic/Book Info).
How do I connect the e-Reader with my computer (PC/MAC)?
By simply using the USB lead provided and following the on-screen instructions.
The e-reader will be seen as an external hard drive within 'My Computer'. Normal file transfer methods can then be used.
Can visually impaired people read documents on the Pixelar MReader?
With the possibility of 5 levels of zoom and with many pre-loaded font types, it is possible for visually impaired people to read documents using the Pixelar MReader. If you would like to seek further clarification/advice please contact us.
