Where We Deliver

We deliver to mainland United Kingdom, most of mainland Europe, the USA, Canada and New Zealand.
(We do not ship to the Channel Islands. Please contact us first for the Isle of Man, Anglesey, the Scilly Isles and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.)

All deliveries must be signed for (except, occasionally, for items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please ensure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods, and/or emailed directly to you.

Delivery Charges

All prices are for delivery only and exclude any duties that may be payable.

We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. We use the Royal Mail Signed-For Mail service or signed-for Courier service.

How We Deliver

For multiple purchases of 2 or more e-book readers, please use the voucher codes shown on the checkout page to receive discounts of up to 7.5%.

We will notify you which delivery method we will use when we send you our final e-mail. Sometimes, different products in the same order may be delivered separately.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated in whole working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after 12.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.

Standard UK Postal and Courier Deliveries, normally 1-4 working days.

Standard UK Postal and Courier deliveries should arrive within 1-4 working days of placing your order (please allow a little extra during busy sales periods..i.e summer holidays and Christmas period).

Standard Delivery time for N.Ireland and Europe is 2-5 days.

Standard Delivery time for the USA /Canada is around one week.

Standard Courier Deliveries, if applicable, are usually made between 9am and 5pm. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE ADDRESS YOU GIVE FOR ALL COURIER SERVICES IS FULL AND CORRECT, AND THAT A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER IS PROVIDED. IF THE WRONG ADDRESS IS GIVEN, A RE-DELIVERY CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times we specify here. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of any unforeseen delays.

Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scottish islands.
